All leads are pre-screened to ensure the prospect is willing to subscribe or pay for a legal plan.
Leads expecting free legal services are automatically excluded.. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide lead replacements for clearly invalid or disqualified submissions.
Eligible for Replacement:
We do not replace leads who expected free legal help or refused to consider a legal plan subscription. You may request a free replacement if the lead meets any of the following conditions:
- Lead provides incorrect or disconnected contact details.
- Lead denies requesting legal assistance.
- Lead is outside your selected state(s) or legal category filter.
- Lead is a duplicate (same name and contact).
❌ Not Eligible for Replacement:
We do not provide replacements or refunds for:
- Leads who are unresponsive despite valid contact details.
- Leads who changed their mind after submission.
- Leads that do not convert into a sale.
⏱ Submission Timeline:
All replacement requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the lead. Late claims will not be accepted.
