General Principles


  • All sales are final unless they meet the replacement or refund criteria below.

  • We do not issue partial refunds.

  • Refunds are only granted in cases that qualify under this policy.

 

Lead Replacement Policy

Eligible for Replacement:


We do not replace leads who expected free legal help or refused to consider a legal plan subscription. You may request a free replacement if the lead meets any of the following conditions:

  • Lead provides incorrect or disconnected contact details.
  • Lead denies requesting legal assistance.
  • Lead is outside your selected state(s) or legal category filter.
  • Lead is a duplicate (same name and contact).

 

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement:


We do not provide replacements or refunds for:

  • Leads who are unresponsive despite valid contact details.
  • Leads who changed their mind after submission.
  • Leads that do not convert into a sale.

 

⏱ Submission Timeline:


All replacement requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the lead. Late claims will not be accepted.

For replacement requests, please visit our Lead Replacement page and complete the form with the following details:

  • Order ID and Lead ID
  • Reason for Replacement

This ensures a faster and trackable resolution process.

 

Refund Policy


You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • No lead is assigned to your order within 60 days.

  • A system error on our platform prevents delivery of leads. Examples of system errors include:

    • Payment was processed, but no leads were generated or assigned.

    • Leads were assigned but not visible in your account due to a database sync issue.

    • You purchased one type of product but the system incorrectly delivered another.

    • An order was duplicated due to a checkout or API malfunction.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • Only part of your order was delivered.

  • You purchased aged leads (these are clearly marked as aged leads and are non-refundable).

  • A phone call did not connect, the prospect did not answer, or the call dropped due to network/carrier issues.

  • A prospect expressed initial interest but later changed their mind.

 

Compliance


  • All leads are generated through Paid Ads and online forms with explicit consumer consent.

  • We do not cold call or telemarket, ensuring full TCPA compliance.
